Declaration of Age
I have a declaration of age but it was completed by my mother when I needed it for admission in 2011.
I ignored the wrong age because I needed the documents for admission ASAP. I need my date of birth (DOB) for another admission and I don't want to continue using the wrong age. So I'm asking if I can go to a high court and apply for another 'declaration of age' with my correct date of birth, as if I've never done the procedure before.

Hmm thats dicey but a declaration of age is supposed to be your verification that the age stated is your true age. If the present one you want to do is the truth and nothing but the truth then nothing stops you from righting your wrong.
