Yes, you can use one registered LTD to do unrelated businesses which is one of the advantages that LTD has over business name. However, for some highly regulated businesses, it is best that they stand alone. Your example of QYZ limited does not fall into the category of such regulated businesses, thus the unrelated businesses can be registered as one LTD

Yes, you can. There are however two limitations here.
First, some businesses require a higher authorised share capital, so if your company includes such a business, you must raise the share capital of such a company to meet the required minimum.
Secondly, if you include certain specialised services like health care or even education, be ready with proficiency certificates (typically, relevant educational qualifications) before you can register.
