I want to register a "Foundation" in my name e.g "James Abubakar Chidozie Foundation". I will then do another registration that will directly reflect the name of the non-profit. This second registration will be directly controlled by the Foundation which registered and owned it. That is, the Foundation registered earlier in my name

Your question seems multi-faceted.
Generally speaking, you umay not be able to do that (although there may be legal ways of implementing your intention like making adequate provisions in the NGO's Constitution and also inserting similar provisions in the the Company's Memorandum).
However, I may advise you to chose (and focus on one) or register independently especially if one can adequately cater for what you want to achieve.
This would eschew complexity and prevent repercussions in regulatory compliance (like double taxation or tracing in the event of liability notwithstanding it is an NGO).
