A Notary Public is an officer of the law who performs largely attestation functions as proof of the matter attested by him. including authentication and certification of deeds and other documents. A Notary Public basically acts as an impartial and legally trained witness to authenticate and certify the execution of documents.
In lay man's terms a notrary public is more like the man recognized by law to tell any authority "as Mr Idon talk am, na so im be".
To answer your question; you may take the CAC Form to the Court Closest to you. Ask for the Court Registry. When you get there, tell them you want to do CAC Notary. They would guide you.
Since it is an incorporated truste, kindly remember to have your receipt for future purposes.
